Client-to-channel signal that the client's post-auth bookkeeping is complete and it's ready to receive the initial game-state burst. Empty body — it's a pure trigger. The server responds by sending the world clock, world bonuses, status icon, zone entry, active partner demon, and comm-server state packets in rapid succession.
